About MacDay 2026 On the Road
MacDay is the flagship platform for industry engagement, bringing together growers, handlers, researchers, and stakeholders to share insights and align on the priorities driving the future of the South African macadamias.
The 2026 programme is grounded in two core objectives:
- Addressing current realities – providing practical insight into production challenges, market conditions, and industry dynamics.
- Strengthening industry alignment – ensuring growers are informed, engaged, and part of key discussions, including levy renewal and market development strategies.
In response to current pressures and the need for more practical, accessible engagement, the 2026 event moves away from a single central conference to a regional format in the key macadamia-growing areas of South Africa.
At its core, MacDay 2026 is about connection between regions, growers, on-farm realities and global market positioning.
